We fully and enthusiastically recommend the work done by Restoration Hardwood. Murray and his crew refinished the oak floors on the main floor of our home in the Spring of 2009. The floors had been refinished in 1993 by a larger, more well known firm, and had not stood up to the traffic of a young family with two dogs. Restoration Hardwood exceeded our expectations. As well as beautifully refinishing the floor, Murray's crew replaced and installed 20 floor boards which had been damaged through wear or over-watering houseplants, and it is now extremely difficult to find where the new boards were fit into the existing. We also had creaks in some areas and the crew removed the flooring to screw the subfloor more securely, then replaced the boards, again invisibly. Our floors now look wonderful, with the natural colour richer than before, even though no stain was applied. The company was a delight to work with, caring for our every concern, and the work was done quickly and professionally. We are happy to fully recommend Murray Macintyre and Restoration Hardwood Ltd.

I’m writing to complement you on the excellent service we received from your company. We were most impressed with Devon who arrived alone on the Monday after Easter. He was most helpful, patient and considerate in dealing with our questions, suggestions and lack of knowledge - a very good salesman for your company in that department. As well as that he was a most efficient knowledgeable and expert worker. If I were a time and motion study man I would give him 99% in that department. I thought he must be part owner of the company but he said no. Devon's helpmate Tomas also seemed to know his onions but we had less to do with him. But give them both a pay raise!!!
