Restoration Hardwood has done a wonderful job in restoring my oak hardwood floor, which was previously damaged by defective underlay and water stain. The crew led by Murray was meticulous in their refinishing work particularly in replacing the damaged strips. The result was exceptional! Further Murray was excellent in being punctual and was able to accommodate our scheduling request. We definitely appreciate Murray for a job well done.

I was not disappointed. After 16 years of use, my kitchen, dining room, and living room floors look like new.The refinishing was done very quickly and dust free. I was pleased with the professionalism of Kevin and Tomas who completed the sanding, installation of the shoe molding, and application of sealer and two coats of semi gloss Streetshoe. Four hours after each coat I was able to walk lightly on the floor and two days later I can now begin to move my furniture on to the floors. Best of all, the work was done on the scheduled dates and within the estimate. I strongly recommend Murray Macintyre and Restoration Hardwood for high quality floor refinishing at a reasonable cost.

Our biggest challenge was the blending of two types of hardwood from our kitchen leading into the living room and with a height variation of 1” between the two floors. Your expertise and vision has created the perfect gradual transition that blends and matches excellently between the two rooms.
